Over the last twenty-two years, Thomas has successfully ventured in the management of public housing, and the development of affordable housing. Most recently, with a nationally recognized housing developer, Leon N. Weiner and Associates, Inc., as a key member of the planning and design team that was responsible for the revitalization of northeast Wilmington, Delaware. Thomas has received numerous awards for his achievements in housing and community development. Commitment and dedication have been trademarks in his career and life.An accomplished photographer, Thomas developed his first roll of film at the age of nine, and set in motion a life long passion for photography.
While sports and portrait photography are among his favorite forms of photography, it has been his work in advertising, both Video Production and Sheet Production that has set him apart.
